SUBSTRATE TRANSPORTATION

This action is technically very challenging, yearly we transport thousands of tons of the substrates and materials. Using several types of vertical and horizontal transportation is a matter of specialist’s advisement and knowledge of available technologies and their combinations.

For transportation we use (horizontal transport):

Tipping truck (usually TATRA 815 with a tow with a tonnage of 24 tons, RENAULT with a tonnage of 5 tons)

Trucks TIR with silo superstructure for pumped lava roof substrates

Transportation on the spot (vertical transport):

– transportation of free bulk substrate

– transportation up to BIG BAG size packages (0,8 m3 / package)

– transportation from silo tube to the height up to 100 meters 

– transportation of oversized trees ( up to 14 meters)
